After attending the High School for Arts & Business in New York City, Cesar Jaramillo graduated from the New York Film Academy with a BFA in Filmmaking. He then enlisted in the U.S Army where he studied signal and radio while stationed in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Korea. Cesar wrote the short film, BREAKING THE I.C.E, which won Best Screenplay at the 2019 International Student Film Festival. He’s currently enrolled in the American Film Institute Conservatory where he studies Screenwriting.
